Privacy policy

Klerora helps organizers prepare Instagram and Facebook giveaways. The service is currently in development. This notice covers account access and drafts, and the social features when they are enabled.

Who operates Klerora

The operator is Παπαδόπουλος Ιωάννης. For privacy questions and requests, email hello@yanis.gr.

Information we use

When you sign in, the common authentication service stores your account identity, email and provider profile information. Klerora uses your account ID, session, workspace membership and drafts, including giveaway titles, prizes, dates, entry rules and caption text.

Connecting a social account, when available, authorizes access to the professional Instagram account or Facebook Page you select. Information used for those features may include account/Page identifiers and names, permission scopes, access tokens, owned posts and comments, comment identifiers, author names/identifiers and posting times. We request permissions for the features you use.

Facebook connection also requests Business Manager access to discover Pages managed through a business portfolio. Meta describes this permission as allowing reading and writing through its Business Manager API. Klerora uses it for Page discovery and keeps the selected Page credential.

Saving a cloud draft stores its resized, compressed photo privately in Klerora. We keep JPEGs up to 1080 1350 pixels and 512 KB, rather than the high-resolution original. Choosing paid AI image assistance sends the compressed reference to OpenAI and saves the generated image privately for recovery. Local sandbox photo previews remain in the open tab. Sample draws use fictional comments.

Why we use this information

We use account and workspace information to provide the service you request, maintain access controls and save your drafts. Social information supports owned-post selection, comment imports and the organizer’s stated entry rules. Social publishing is not enabled in this release. Organizers are responsible for explaining their giveaway terms and use of entrant information.

Service delivery relies on providing the requested service; protection against abuse and security incidents relies on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional social connections require your authorization. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw it. Legal obligations may require keeping particular records.

Service providers and sharing

Vercel hosts the web application. Our existing Supabase service provides authentication and database storage. Google handles Google sign-in and may serve interface fonts; Meta handles authorized Instagram/Facebook connections. These providers can receive the information necessary to perform their services, including standard network and request information.

If you choose AI caption assistance, OpenAI receives the giveaway details needed to create the caption, such as the title, prizes, closing date and selected rules. Our caption workflow does not send imported entrant comments or author identities to OpenAI.

Paid image assistance sends your uploaded reference photo and product context to OpenAI. Generated images and announcement copy are saved privately in Klerora for recovery. Announcement assistance sends the giveaway title, not entrant identities; saved winners and prizes are added by the renderer. Ordinary animation export runs in your browser.

Stripe handles subscription checkout, payment details and subscription management. Klerora stores customer/subscription identifiers, plan status, paid-period dates and usage counters, not card numbers. In this test release, only the configured test workspace can use test checkout; live payments are disabled.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider arrangements and safeguards must be considered for such processing. Contact the operator for information about the processing relevant to your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Account and workspace records are kept while needed to provide the service. You can request removal of Klerora data by following our data deletion instructions. Limited security, audit or anti-abuse records may be retained where necessary and permitted, including minimal identifiers used to prevent repeated claims of a one-time Free allowance. Records required by law may also be retained.

Disconnecting a social account does not automatically erase giveaway records already collected. Retention and removal of imported entrant information must also be addressed by the organizer. Comment collection and official draws require complete pagination, stable identities, final cutoff reconciliation and plan allowance. Limited Meta access can block a draw even when a post reports comments.

Requested AI generation and comment collection continue in a private background queue after you close the browser. The queue keeps the saved campaign input and, for image generation, the compressed reference needed for that request. Queued work and media are removed with their campaign. Uncertain AI outcomes remain reserved for review to avoid repeated calls.

Cookies and your browser

Klerora uses necessary session cookies for sign-in and security. The sandbox uses browser storage for drafts and optional recovery information. You can export sandbox draft details and clear your browser’s Klerora site data. External provider pages have their own notices and settings.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, and request restriction or object to processing where applicable. Contact hello@yanis.gr; we may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Giveaway entrants should also contact the organizer responsible for the relevant giveaway.

You may raise a concern with your competent data protection authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We update this notice when the service’s data practices change.
