Request data deletion

Klerora is operated by Παπαδόπουλος Ιωάννης. You can request removal of your Klerora data by emailing hello@yanis.gr with the subject Klerora data deletion.

What to include

  1. Your Klerora account email and workspace name, if you are an organizer.
  2. The Instagram/Facebook giveaway post URL and your relevant platform identifier, if the request concerns an entry.
  3. Whether you want to remove a social connection, particular giveaway data, or your entire Klerora workspace.

We may ask you to verify account or workspace ownership before acting on the request. You will receive confirmation describing the action taken or any records that must be retained.

Social connections and existing records

In your workspace’s Connected accounts page, Disconnect removes Klerora’s stored access token and stops its future access through that connection. You can revoke Klerora’s access using Meta’s app/website or business integration settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not by itself delete giveaway records previously imported. Request their removal using the email above. An entrant may also need to contact the giveaway organizer responsible for their information.

Shared sign-in

Meta can send signed revocation and deletion requests to Klerora. For verified subject mappings, revocation removes the token and deletion removes the connected asset and its linked giveaway records. Unmatched requests remain pending for operator review; the confirmation link reports that status. Formal verified deletion also removes that asset's Free-benefit marker. Ordinary disconnection or changing an email does not reset the allowance.

Removing a Klerora workspace does not by itself remove your account from other applications using the same authentication service. Tell us explicitly if your request also concerns the shared sign-in identity, so that we can clarify the effect on your other accounts before taking action.

Local sandbox and retained records

Sandbox drafts and uploaded preview photos are stored locally in your browser, rather than in Klerora’s database. You can export draft details, then clear Klerora site data in your browser settings. Closing the preview tab clears its in-memory photo preview.

Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, audit or prevention of repeated one-time Free claims, where permitted. See the privacy policy for details and how to exercise your rights.
